Hangi bilgileri işliyoruz?
Uygulamaya kendin girdiğin bilgiler: araç bilgileri (ad, marka, model, yıl, plaka, yakıt türü, km), giderler (tutar, tarih, kategori, km, litre, not), hatırlatmalar ve uygulama ayarları.
Bu bilgiler nerede saklanır?
Her zaman telefonundaki uygulama veritabanında. Giriş yapmadıysan hiçbir yere gönderilmez; uygulamayı silersen bu bilgiler de telefonundan silinir.
Hesap ve bulut eşitleme (isteğe bağlı)
Ayarlar'dan Google ile giriş yaparsan:
- Google hesabının e-posta adresi ve adı hesabını tanımak için saklanır.
- Yukarıdaki kayıtların (araç, gider, km, hatırlatma ve tema, para birimi, bütçe, bildirim saati ayarları) bir kopyası, yeni telefonunda geri gelmesi ve telefonların arasında eşitlenmesi için saklanır.
- Fiş ve fatura fotoğrafları buluta gönderilmez, telefonunda kalır.
- Veriler, altyapı sağlayıcımız Supabase'in Avrupa Birliği'ndeki (İrlanda) sunucularında, aktarım sırasında şifrelenerek saklanır. Kayıtlarını yalnızca sen okuyabilirsin. Google girişi Google tarafından sağlanır; Kadran şifreni görmez.
- Veriler hesabın açık kaldığı sürece saklanır; hesabını sildiğinde buluttaki tüm kopya kalıcı olarak silinir.
Hesabını ve verilerini silme
Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesap ve eşitleme → Hesabı sil ile hesabın ve buluttaki tüm verilerin hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan hesap silme sayfasındaki yolla talep gönderebilirsin. Çıkış yapmak veya hesabı silmek telefonundaki verileri silmez.
Yedekler ve dışa aktarma
Yedek aldığında veya giderleri CSV olarak dışa aktardığında dosya, Android paylaşım menüsünde senin seçtiğin yere (ör. Google Drive, e-posta) gönderilir. Aynısı yıllık araç karnesi görseli ve araç geçmişi PDF raporu için de geçerlidir. Bu dosyayı yalnızca sen yönetirsin; Kadran bir kopyasını tutmaz. Yedekten geri yükleme sırasında yalnızca seçtiğin dosya okunur.
İzinler
- Bildirimler: Sigorta, muayene, bakım gibi hatırlatmaları göstermek için. Bildirimler telefonunda yerel olarak planlanır ve internet gerektirmez.
- Kamera ve fotoğraflar: Bir gidere fiş veya fatura fotoğrafı eklemek istersen kamera ya da galeri yalnızca o an açılır. Fotoğraf uygulamanın klasöründe, yalnızca telefonunda saklanır ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Araç geçmişi PDF raporuna eklemeyi sen seçersen rapor dosyasına girer.
- Fiş tarama: Akaryakıt fişindeki tutar ve litre, telefonundaki metin tanıma ile okunur; fotoğraf hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.
- Takvim: "Takvime ekle" telefonunun kendi takvim ekranını açar; Kadran takvimini okumaz.
- İnternet: Yalnızca giriş yaptıysan, eşitleme için kullanılır.
- Uygulama konum, kişiler veya mikrofon izni istemez.
Değerlendirme
Uygulama zaman zaman Google Play'in kendi değerlendirme penceresini gösterebilir. Verdiğin puan ve yorum doğrudan Google Play'e gider; Kadran bunları görmez.
Reklam ve analiz
Bu sürümde reklam veya analiz aracı yoktur; verilerin üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz. İleride eklenirse bu politika güncellenir ve hangi verilerin kimlerle paylaşıldığı burada açıkça yazılır.
Çocuklar
Kadran çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek bilgi toplamaz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değiştiğinde güncel metin bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenir.

Privacy Policy
What information is processed?
Only what you enter yourself: vehicle details (name, make, model, year, licence plate, fuel type, mileage), expenses (amount, date, category, mileage, litres, note), reminders and app settings.
Where is it stored?
Always in the app's database on your phone. If you don't sign in, it is never sent anywhere; uninstalling the app deletes it from your phone.
Account and cloud sync (optional)
If you sign in with Google in Settings:
- Your Google account's email address and name are stored to identify your account.
- A copy of the records above (vehicle, expenses, mileage, reminders and the theme, currency, budget and notification time settings) is stored so it comes back on a new phone and syncs between your phones.
- Receipt and invoice photos are not uploaded; they stay on your phone.
- Data is stored on servers of our infrastructure provider Supabase in the European Union (Ireland) and encrypted in transit. Only you can read your records. Google sign-in is provided by Google; Kadran never sees your password.
- Data is kept while your account exists; deleting your account permanently deletes the whole cloud copy.
Deleting your account and data
In the app, Settings → Account and sync → Delete account immediately and permanently deletes your account and all your cloud data. If you can't access the app, request deletion as described on the account deletion page. Signing out or deleting the account does not delete the data on your phone.
Backups and exports
When you create a backup or export expenses as CSV, the file is sent through the Android share sheet to the destination you choose (e.g. Google Drive, email). The same applies to the year-in-review image and the vehicle history PDF. You alone control that file; Kadran keeps no copy. When restoring, the app reads only the file you pick.
Permissions
- Notifications: to show reminders such as insurance, inspection or service dates. Notifications are scheduled locally on your phone and need no internet connection.
- Camera and photos: If you attach a receipt or invoice photo to an expense, the camera or gallery opens only at that moment. The photo is stored in the app's folder on your phone only and is never uploaded. It goes into the vehicle history PDF only if you choose to include it.
- Receipt scanning: The amount and litres on a fuel receipt are read by on-device text recognition; the photo is never sent to a server.
- Calendar: "Add to calendar" opens your phone's own calendar screen; Kadran does not read your calendar.
- Internet: used only for syncing, if you signed in.
- The app does not request location, contacts or microphone access.
Ratings
The app may occasionally show Google Play's own rating dialog. Your rating and review go directly to Google Play; Kadran never sees them.
Ads and analytics
This version contains no advertising or analytics tools; your data is not shared with or sold to third parties. If they are added in the future, this policy will be updated to state clearly which data is shared and with whom.
Children
Kadran is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, the updated text is published on this page with a new effective date.
