Kadran: Araç Masraf Takibi
Hesabını ve verilerini silme
Hesap açmak isteğe bağlıdır. Giriş yapmadıysan bulutta hiçbir verin yoktur; telefonundaki verileri
uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin.
1. Uygulamadan (hemen)
- Kadran'ı aç, ana sayfanın sağ üstündeki dişliye dokunarak Ayarlar'a gir.
- Hesap ve eşitleme bölümünde Hesabı sil'e dokun.
- Kalıcı olarak sil ile onayla.
Hesabın ve buluttaki tüm verilerin o anda silinir.
2. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan
torkapps.destek@gmail.com adresine, Kadran'a giriş yaptığın Google hesabının e-posta adresinden “Kadran hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde işlenir ve sana e-postayla bilgi verilir.
Neler silinir?
- Hesabın (Google hesabının e-posta adresi ve adı).
- Buluttaki tüm kayıtların: araç, giderler, km değerleri, hatırlatmalar ve eşitlenen ayarlar.
Neler kalır?
- Telefonundaki veriler silinmez; uygulamayı kaldırarak ya da uygulama verilerini temizleyerek silebilirsin.
- Kendin dışa aktardığın yedek, CSV ve PDF dosyaları seçtiğin yerde (ör. Google Drive) kalır.
- Buluttaki verilerin ayrıca yedeklenmez; silinen veriler geri getirilemez.
Deleting your account and data
An account is optional. If you never signed in, you have no data in the cloud; you can remove the data on
your phone by uninstalling the app.
1. In the app (immediately)
- Open Kadran and tap the gear icon at the top right of the home screen to open Settings.
- Under Hesap ve eşitleme (Account and sync), tap Hesabı sil (Delete account).
- Confirm with Kalıcı olarak sil (Delete permanently).
Your account and all your cloud data are deleted right away.
2. If you can't access the app
Email torkapps.destek@gmail.com with the subject “Kadran account deletion”, from the Google account email you signed in with. Your request is processed within 30 days and you'll get a confirmation by email.
What is deleted
- Your account (your Google account's email address and name).
- All your cloud records: vehicle, expenses, mileage readings, reminders and synced settings.
What is kept
- Data on your phone is not deleted; remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing its data.
- Backup, CSV and PDF files you exported yourself stay where you saved them (e.g. Google Drive).
- Cloud data is not backed up separately; deleted data cannot be recovered.
